MISSION

The Foundation’s mission is to prevent unemployment and promote economic development by means of educational and consulting projects management and implementation, offering help to people who seek employment and the know-how transfer in the fields of management, restructuring, financing and entrepreneurial development too.

The Foundation’s objective is also to develop management skills in long term activities undertaken by non state organizations, enhance cooperation among the government, self-government and non state institutions as well as publicize and popularize information about the non state organizations. OIC Poland Foundation wants to face the society problems and expectations. It endeavors to be some kind of safety buffer between the state and its society enabling the latter one to voice out their needs. Therefore the Foundation’s another objective is to build and develop a society of good citizenship not only in the Lublin region but across the whole country. All the undertaken activities aim at the region development and benefit of the people living there.
