The Polish Foundation of Opportunities Industrialization Centers “OIC Poland” is a member of:

OIC Poland Foundation in Lublin is a holder of the Quality Management System Certificate no. 281/SZJ/2009 issued by ZETOM-CERT Ltd. On August 7, 2009. It certifies that the quality management system used by the Foundation complies with all the requirements defined by PIN-EN ISO 9001:2001 with reference to general consultancy, educational and information services provision. PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 is the latest edition of the set of ISO 9000 standards which imply that the services provided are compliant with a customer’s requirements and the quality management system is permanently developed. This system makes it possible for a company to eliminate all these activities which are redundant and unprofitable and eventually reduce the operation costs. The first time when the Foundation was certified was on July 11, 2006.
OIC Poland Foundation together with WSEI as one of the twelve centers in Poland were accredited by STOMOZ to run “Management of Health Care” post graduate studies directly addressed to the managers of Polish healthcare centers. The accreditation is for the period of three years. The certification program comes along with QAS – Education of Health Care Centers Managers Support run by STOMAZ and financed by Polish American Foundation of Liberty.
On the 17th of April 2007 statues of the 4th edition of Lublin Eagles of Business competition were awarded. Teresa Bogacka, the president of the Board and the managing director of OIC Poland Foundation, was awarded with a 2006 Lublin Eagles of Business statue in the category of a female employer of the year.
OIC Poland Foundation was a member of the councilling committee of the 2007 European Year of Equal Opportunities organized by the department for women, family affairs and discrimination counteraction at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
OIC Poland Foundation is also accredited to run:
1. personal councelling agency – certificate no. 371/2 dated December 03, 2003.
2. employment agency offering help to people seeking employment in the Republic of Poland – certificate no. 371/1a dated December 03, 2003.
3. employment agency offering help to people who seek employment abroad – preliminary certificate no. 371/1b dated May 28, 2008.
4. vocational guidance agency – preliminary certificate no. 371/4 dated May 28, 2008.
On May 05, 2008 OIC Poland Foundation was distinguished with a Fair Play Company Certificate. It confirms a company’s honesty policy and attentiveness towards proper and correct relations in every aspect of business activity being analyzed during the certification program. This certificate is only awarded to companies which have positively met all the requirements stated in the rules and regulations.
